This week we will invite all parents and teachers to participate in the 5Essentials Survey. Students in grades 6-12 will also have an opportunity to provide feedback on their schools. All public schools in Illinois will be sending out notice of these surveys. They are designed to give feedback on the learning environment in our schools. We will need over 20% of our parents in each school to provide feedback in order for us to receive survey results.
We will send home information with your children this week. You can take the surveys at https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois/. If you have children in multiple schools, we hope you will take the time to fill it out for each individual school. If you do not want your students in grades 6-12 to take the survey, you can return the form that comes home this week with your child. Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback.
